What is the difference between the normal Maximus V Formula and the Maximus V Formula/Assassins C3, They seem identical but the AC3 version has a game and is cheaper, it doesn't make sense.

Who knows, could be any reason. Just get the one with the game since it's cheaper and you get AC3.

Really? theres nothing different with the board beacuse the Assassins edition is cheaper
