will a graphics card with PCI Express 2.0 x16 work with my 3.0 PCI Express x16 expansion slot?

the graphics card im looking to get is the 560 Ti (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...), it says its PCI Express 2.0 x16 but my computer has 3.0x16 PCI Express slot, so will it be compatible with my computer? thanks in advance

Yes, it's fully backwards compatible.

Yes PCI-Express 3.0 is backwards compatible with 2.0. The PCI-Express slot will auto negotiate to 2.0 speeds. There will be no difference performance wise with that graphics card (either running at 2.0 or 3.0)
