1GB GDDR3 graphics via CPU-z shows only . dealer told.me that
half of memory.gets shared for work (I
have 32-bit win 7). I"am a newbie in all.thses, so plzzzz help

If PC has 1GB of main memory, then good chance the integrated video card is using a chunk as video memory, so yes it will look as you have less memory in CPU-Z. If this is a new PC, dealer should be shot for flogging you a machine with only 1GB, 4GB+ Windows x64 is considered the minimum these days, even more so if video card pinching a chunk.

It was crap ad by asus, they showed 1GB but didn't told me that it was discrete,on integrated. i used DxDiag, n it shows 1206MB under my display tab n graphics card details.
so if i get those 512MB shared, will it make any difference in gaming performance? I'm bot too worried about this.
