How's it going everyone? I got a few questions to ask the community!

So I just had one of my monitors die on me, so I decided It's time to upgrade.

I decided to go with this bundle - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BJB2ZUW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A18ZSZQH1D6J2E

I currently have a GeForce GT 545 in my desktop dvi/vga/hdmi. Currently I just have one monitor plugged in via VGA and the other DVI. I don't game much, the games I do play aren't very graphic intensive (Gary's mod and some MMORPGS). I do produce music, but It's not really graphic intensive.

I was also thinking about getting a splitter, one male DVI to 2 female plugs, but can you extend displays with an adapter like this? The video card will just see it as one monitor, correct?

Could you suggest something better for around the same price? The dual monitor setup suits my lifestyle best. I could care less about 1080p, I don't watch much videos or game.

I even just like the 1080p monitor for having the ability to work with two windows up at once without them being cramped, but two monitors will do that just fine as well.

Just grab a VGA cable and a DVI cable and use those - you've got the outs on your graphics card and the ins on the monitors.

Just to inform you that Garry's Mod and MMORPGs are CPU heavy games, and judging by that GT 545 you probably have a really old CPU.

You could stand to gain more performance with an i3 or i5 processor (with a compatible board), than with a graphics card upgrade.

The monitors you bought are fine. As for a graphics card upgrade I would suggest nothing more than a HD 7750, until you get a better CPU and sufficient PSU.
