Upgrading from HD 5670 on Earthwatts 380 Watts PSU.

Three cards I'm looking at. HD 7750, HD 7770, GTX 650 Ti.
what would be the most suitable to replace a Sapphire HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 on a 1360x768 monitor. It doesn't let me enter into sleep mode on any PC I test it on.

The power supply is brand new.
Antec Earthwatts 380D.
Core i3-2120.

7750 basically because of your resolution no point in spending more money I would your PSU should be enough to run a 7770/650ti. The 7770's come with a free game not sure about the 650 ti (also assuming non-boost) either way no point in getting over 1gig of GDDR5.
