Any opinions on which motherboard to go with my AMD FX 8320?

ASUS M5A92 R2.0 AM3+ or ASRock 970 Extreme 4 AM3+? Or if anybody has any other suggestions in that price range, I am all ears :)

I will eventually get into some overclocking.

I would suggest the GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ for $103.99 it has native support for 1866Mhz DDR3 RAM, dual BIOS, 8 pin CPU Power Connector. Gigabyte has a better reliability rating than Asus and quality to match... ASRock has an even better reliability rating while comming third in populatity, so the ASRock motherboard you're considering is also a good choice but it's native RAM support is lower at 1333Mhz so based on that it would be my third choice.

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
8+2 Phase CPU VRM Power Design 9

I had a small typo I meant to say the ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ ATX

That's different, that Asus M5A97 R2.0 is up to par with the Gigabyte but I would still pick the Gigabyte for the dual BIOS, and two USB + one PCIe X1 ports more than the Asus... besides it's nicer looking and according to a poll taken here, Gigabyte came up with a better reliability record.
