What is the best way to disable a computer permanently? But here's the catch; without anyone being able to detect that it was done with human intervention. Not through software, as hard drive will still need to be used, and indeed not physically by disabling the hard drive for the same reason. Other than that, every other component is worthless. The system in question is a dell dimension 3000.
