My stock cpu heatsink is way too loud for this mini itx htpc build. I was going to send back the A8-5600k 100W and get the A8-5500 65W CPU instead. But maybe I can make this work. What is the best compact CPU heatsink? The one that comes with the CPU is small yet barely fits under the power supply.

Apex MI-008 case
Corsair XMS3 4gb 1600mhz
128gb ssd
I tried underclocking it to 3.0GHz and it makes the noise bearable. I haven't under volted it yet though because I don't think I can with this MSI board. I will check again tonight.
