Hi,
I am looking for a ddr2 video card for playing some games and streaming video's with minimal to no lag, I am looking for a card for less then 100$, the only pc game i play is minecraft but i am getting 10 fps with my current card

Some Specs:
-Motherboard: ASUS M2N-SLI
-Current Video card: Zotac Geforce 8400 GS
Ram: 4 GB (2x2GB)

A ddr2 video card? You don't need that - you can use ANY sort of video card ram in any motherboard - the restriction is only on your system ram.

The best video card for you is a 7750, but it could very well be that the problem is your CPU. What processor do you have?

That is an AM2+ motherboard so at best an original Phenom X4. An Athlon X2 is also possible. Your computer is borderline for Minecraft. Most likely CPU and GPU need to be upgraded. If you plan on keeping the new graphics card for your next computer then a 7750 is fine. If not, you're just throwing good money away at it. You really need a new computer with upgrades to both things which will unfortunately require new RAM also.
