Graphics Problem (writing is pixelated)

Ok so i have found that i open MW3 and when the home screen appears the writing is blurred, pixelated, coloured, and looks as though its in another language? I could not read the font but guessed it said campaign after loading the game and playing it through guessing what the writing said i saw that the game ran smooth and was clear but whenever captions or any print on the screen appeared it looked how i described it? I know its not from my graphics card because 2 of my mates play it on the same card. Also i have 4 gigs ram and meet all the othe requirements. Why is mw3 doing this? i hope someone can explain how i can fix this any answers welcome. My card is a x1300 1550 and there is no mlaa

Ok so now im trying to open the game after reinstalling it and a update apeears yet the update does not seem to load it just doesnt load and kepps increasing the ready to launch time????

Hi i dont really know how to re install origin sorry and when i was installing it 1/5 through it said a steam error ocured but i clicked continue installation and it just carried on. When i clicked on the info behind the error nothing appeared.
