PS: (I already have the motherboard, ram, psu, and case so far)

It sucks that you bought the motherboard and ram already! You could've gotten a better motherboard like the Asus P8Z77-V LK for cheaper than the Pro4 due to the i5-3570k bundles at newegg.com. Save ~$40-50 depending on the board you choose.
Also, the ram is only one stick so you can't take advantage of dual channel ram to double the bandwidth.
I would suggest a 1tb HDD, it's only ~$7 more for double the storage.
Other than that, everything else looks fine to me.

You can pick up an XFX 7870 on special right now with the 8% off code and $20 rebate for $209:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150605

If you can find a few extra dollars get the WD Black 1TB drive, but the 1TB Blue isn't a bad drive.

Consider finding money for an SSD if you can for the OS drive. As realchaos said you would have got a benefit from 2x4Gb of memory over 1x8Gb... but you can always add another 8Gb later on.
