Ok, so i was putting to together my new server and i have discovered that the main board control cord (front panel cord or what ever you want to call it) dose not fit as you can see from the pic the user Manuel says to plug it into the white port but it dose not fit as there is the white thing in the cable if I plug it into the black one I get a single light which is the triangle in the pic (I = status led) and nothing happens when I push the on button are there special converter cables for this or am I doomed?

Yer I've seen that and it only lists there board's and not 3rd party ones.

But what I mean is, is there away of getting it to work as in with out cutting it up and soldering it if not then is it possible with that cable or can I buy like a new button for the case to use as the on switch also could a set of individual wire be used instead of that cable as that cable in the pic's other end is exactly the same and it just unplugs from the circuit board on the front panel?
