I want to play a specific, high quality game but my graphics card is not up to par. I currently have an AMD Radeon HD 7310 Integrated card. What would be your recommendations? Please do not tell me to build a new computer. Of course, every gamer wants a custom built gaming computer to fit their needs. I have a family to care for and do not currently have the funds for such luxuries. PLEASE HELP ME :)

Make sure that you have a decent processor first, otherwise you wont see much of a performance increase. And make sure your PSU can handle the additional load.
If in doubt,get a 7750
Your budget:
If <$200:7750 or 650 Ti
If $200:7850 or 660

if this is a laptop with an AMD E1-1200, abandon all plans to upgrade the GPU.

if this is a desktop E1-1200 PC, along with the GPU, you MAY need to spend on a new power supply as well, and maybe a new PC case if this a small form factor PC, and that's assuming the motherboard even has a PCIe 16x lane, and not just some laptop board sticked into a desktop PC. even then, while you may see some gains, the cost may not be worth it as you're still likely to see some bottlenecks in some CPU intensive games.
