please help .. i do have a problem regarding to my 16gb flash drive .. i can't format or delete files and to save . whta will i do ? please help

You can't format on Windows? Open Computer and note the drive letter of your flash drive (example E)

Go to Start > Run > type "cmd" in the window box (without quotes)
This will open the command prompt
Type: format E: /fs:ntfs
