I'm planning to buy Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti ,
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650ti/specifications
(Bus support : PCI Express 3.0 )

Here's my doubt.I already have a GPU bought 2 years ago. Nvidia Geforce Gt 520
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt-520/specifications
(Bus support : PCI-E 2.0*16)

I'm thinking of keeping it ,rather than replacing it. I've got
Motherboard :GA-M68MT-S2P (rev. 3.1)
http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3922#ov

And , this is my question. Can I run both the GPU's on my motherboard?
Or do I have to buy new motherboard to support this so called "dual gpu".
Or should I run only GTX 650Ti gpu.

If , this doesn't support please let me know some gpu's which will.
Thanks for looking into this guys.
Thank you again. :)

you can not run 520 in sli with 650ti. nvidia sli limits you to use only the same gpu chipsets. (they can be from different vendor though) (i mean even if you change the motherboard it is not possible)

and by the way if it fits your budget try to get single "650ti boost" instead. it's even better than 660 (performance wise..) and comes for cheaper price :) if it doesnt fit the budget stick to single 650ti :)

here is a list from the cheapest manufacturers for the 3 versions:

Can it run all the graphic intense games ..like crysis 3 at high settings ( or maybe Ultra)
I just want my fps to be around 30. Will 650ti boost enough to run those games?
And , also 500watt PSU is enough ?
Btw , thanks for letting me know about the 650ti boost. :D

well it will run smoothly with high graphics on a single monitor for sure... dont expect the same performance as if its a gtx680 though, you may slightly drop the graphics quality of the game but it will run smooth :)
