Hello community

My English is not so good so i will make them short and easy.

I'm working for an Architecture company. We do wide range since small projects to household up to hotels and big city.

We are facing problem of being leaked our files, mostly from our own architects. They copied company's resource to their USB and Hard Drive. Later if they are fired or quit work competitors will arrive and get them easy.

I'm concerning one software to manage our files, but i'm really dont know how and where to start.

Any help will be so so so so so appreciated.

Then don't allow them to copy company resources into their personal USB and Hard Drive. USB and hard drives can be lost. They need not be fired to have sensitive information be leaked.

ProjectWise is an application heavily used in your environment to manage these files. Though, you need to review your security practices over thinking a piece of software will fix it.

Riser, thanks for your advice, i'm finding some information for this software. Trying to understand it.

Can i have another question for you?

I'm thinking about disable USB in each computer of my staffs. File will only be able to transfer within local network. The final concern is it possible to block certain website or block attachment for email (may be completely block upload network).

What could be an ideal software for these things. I will build an server just for storage all work for my company.

You also have to consider all the other avenues of getting data out of your network. DVD, rogue WiFi access points, smartphone cameras, email...a savvy determined user can get around quite a lot.
