The i7-3820 is overkill and also it is a 2011 socket and will not work with that motherboard. Stick with the i5 3570k. For us to know if your power supply will be good enough, we will need to know what power supply you're using.

Edit: Just seen the PSU, and no it is not great really.

Core i5 3570K. For those who know me and have me do their builds, you’ll know that it’s just about the best processor you can get for the money today. With plenty of performance, top notch overclocking capability and enough horsepower to run any game you throw at it, the choice is a no brainer.Your power supply is not reliable and not worth trying to use Tier 4 - Not Recommend http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

My advice is to return the CoolerMaster PSU and swap it for a power supply from Antec/OCZ/Corsair/Seasonic. Then you have a very strong build sir.
