Do people buy second-hand systems?

Hey guys, I'm tempted to sell my computer either on Gumtree or Ebay, and was just wondering how viable it would be to sell a second-hand computer, and at what price? I've had it for around 9 months, specs below:

ATI HD 7950 3072MB (3GB) GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card (HIS)
Intel i5 2550k 3.4GHz (Turbo Boost 3.7GHz) Sandy Bridge
Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 8GB RAM (DDR3)
Gigabyte Z68MA-D2H-B3 Motherboard
Noctua Heatsink/Fan NH-U12P SE2
750W PSU
2 Ultra Quiet 120mm Case Fans
NZXT 'Gamma' Midtower Case (Including 1 Bottom Fan)

People do it all the time. So clearly, it must be viable. If I were to buy it, I wouldn't spend more than $500 - $600 on it. Mostly because it's used. Are you including the warranties of the parts?

I doubt I still have the receipts and everything. The items are definitely within warranty, but no, I don't think I have the receipts anymore. Is there a way to check warranty without the receipts?

And some not-so-lucky kid will probably buy it. But I wouldn't. Sell it at whatever price you think someone will buy it for. May as well.

Of course if the price is very good and tech not too outdated peeps wheel n deal in used PC hardware all the time ^^ W/o a receipt check individual parts for the distro sticker which would have would state a date of production
