i am building a budget pc
cpu-i5-3470
gpu-gtx 650 ti
ram-8gb(2x4gb)
MoBo-ga b75
psu-corsair vs 450

i wont be overclocking at all

resolution - 1366x768

questions
1)will there be a noticeable difference if i get i5-3570(non k) instead of i5-3470
2)can hd 7770 also perform well on the resolution and give me some future proofing(saming some money will help)
3)will corsair vs 450 handle the combination

i wont be upgrading the monitor for at least 3 years and then i will upgrade the whole system so will the pc last that long

any help will be appreciated

1. There is only a 200mhz difference in the cpus - maybe 1 or 2 fps faster with the 3570
2. IMO, the 7770 will perform ok at 1366, but the 650ti will be much better and will be more future proof.
3. The corsair vs 450 has 34 amps available on the +12 and will be fine for what you are doing.

450W is enough for your setup ! If you can buy a 650 ti then buy it! its faster(nearly about 48 %) and better. Since you're building a budget pc you picked up the right card for your resolution.

now the processor-

For non-k versions, you should always select the one with higher Stock Clock.
But 20$ for 200 MHz is not justified.
But, then, if you can, you should.

There could be a difference in CPU bound games like Skyrim, Total War Shogun 2, etc. In games that are CPU bound the difference will be a few frames per 100mhz I think. So overall 1-3 fps difference maybe.

Afterall, If you're running on a tough budget a 3470 is fine.
