which card is better?

here is my setup :

Intel Core i5 3470 3.2-3.6Ghz (Quad Core)
Gigabyte Z77X UD3H
G.Skill RipJaws X 8gb ddr3 1600 CL10
Seasonic (M12II) 520watts 80Plus Bronze

Solution
The performance difference is not that big between the 650 ti boost and the 660. That being said, the 3470 should not be a bottleneck problem, and if you don't plan to overclock in the future your build will be fine. It's tough to trade dollars to get the max for the money, just be sure you don't put yourself in a position of wanting to overclock and then having to buy both a new cpu and mobo.

You'll get very good gaming on your build as it stands.

650 Ti Boost - uses the gpu from the 660 and is substantially better.
