Areca 1882ix-24 RAID 1+0 problem

Yesterday I had the ARECA 1882IX-24 failing on my RAID 1+0.
I have 10x 2tb HDD in RAID 1+0 and 13 SSD's in RAID 0....the RAID 1+0 with the HDD's failed and stopped showing up...simple like that.
I went inside BIOS to try to rebuild the array again in the right order, but windows still asks to Format the drive. Now I don't know what to do, because I simply can't lose the data I have inside these drives. I build a Raid 1+0 for that reason, to have safe data.
The RAID 0 with the SSD's is still working BTW.

use the monitor/manager software to try and find out what happened. failed HDD vs Controller. have you tried using the correct HDDs to rebuild as a RAID 0?

you may have to rebuild your array using different ports, or controller.

I mean, the controller is fine. I checked to make sure the ports are working. I assembled every single hard drive alone to make sure the ports are working, and they show up in windows. Nothing was done after that, I am just waiting on ARECA to guide me through something.
