This mobo says it can take up to 4GB's of memory, well I have it filled with 4GB's of matching Crucial PC-2700. And it shows only 3GB's of memory & not the full 4GB's, what have I done wrong(My OS is Windows XP Home 32bit)? Thanks to all who answer!!

Solution
If it is only reading 3.0 gigs of ram then I would ensure that all of the ram is properly seated, and then I would test the system with 1 gig at a time, if it doesn't boot, then you've found your bad stick.
