I have a Toshiba smart TV on the network but it does not see any servers when going into network media. How do I set up my router, thats if this model can do it, to show the servers on the network, i.e. laptops etc? Model is F7D3402 V1

You need to connect your TV to your network first, and follow the instructions on connecting to the router. You'll find those in the TV manual itself. Then, you'll need to set up the computer you'd like to stream video from. You'll need to place them in a folder and set the folder as Shared with the network (done by right-clicking it and selecting Share). Be sure also to set up sharing in Network and Printers if you haven't already, so the TV can see the files you've shared. You can also use Windows Media Player to stream to the TV, too.
