Is there any software to know my intel i5 serial no. and motherboard serial no?

Is there any software to know my intel i5 serial no. and motherboard serial no??
I don't want to remove heat sink to see the serial no. cause I don't want to waste the thermal compound.

No software can get that information. On cpu's they are only printed on the cpu and on retail cpu's its also located on a sticker on the box. The motherboards serial number will be located on a sticker on the the motherboard. OEMs will sometime put the systems serial number in the bios where software can read it but not on retail parts.

Actually I lost the boxes and the bill of those cpu and mobo. I want to see how much warranty left. Intel asking the serial numbers to show wrnty info. I can see mobo serial no. but I need part no. also. mobo part no. and serial no of cpu is not there in bios. Then what to do?? I have to remove the heat sink for the cpu serial no?????? :( :( :(
