What is stock cooler in processors?

What are stock coolers?
I am not taking an external cooler.
No GPU and daily only 1-2 hrs. usage
No overclocking

It is just the normal heatsink and fan that comes in the box with the CPU.

A stock cooler is the one that is provided with the CPU. For everyday usage and no overclocking they are fine. You really only need a third party cooler if you want to overclock or want a quieter fan.
