So I just put this system together on the table and not getting any post on the display. Its a MSI PM8M3-V, I have an intel celeron D LGA 775 in it and 1 GB of ram seen here: RAM. But the problem I think may be that I'm trying to use a 20 pin PSU with a 24 pin board, But the board turns on (CPU fan spins up), but just no POST.
