I've heard of people having trouble with CPU coolers being in the way of RAM and some other stuff. If someone could be so kind and tell me if it will fit, that would be great! :D

Board: ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3
RAM: 4x 4GB Kingston DDR3 HyperX 1600MHz
Graphics cards: 2x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 670 4GB
(If you need more specs/details, just ask :p )

More about : noctua d14 fit

Which HyperX?
Case?

Are you only concerned with bottom clearance on the m/b, or are you also concerned with vertical clearance m/b to side panel?

Case: Corsair Carbide 400R Midi Tower

I'm not really sure what information you need for the RAM, so here's just the link: http://www.komplett.no/k/ki.aspx?sku=585022#extra Sorry that it's in Norwegian :S I think you'll be fine with using Google Translate though.

I'm mostly worried about the RAM which is right to the right of the CPU.

Also, sorry if I'm kinda noobish, sort of new to building PCs. But I guess it's a first time for everyone :)

No problem. The Noctua should be fine. It will clear the memory no problem. The problems occur on ram with tall oversize heat spreaders. Just be sure you have clearance from mobo to case side. Noctua is 160mm tall.
