So I built a new system and installed windows on an SSD, note when I installed windows the hard drive was detected. Now I'm trying to initiate the HDD so I can actually use it and I keep getting I/O device Error. Windows Device manager has it under disks, so I'm thinking it's not DOA. Any help would be appreciated.
