Hello, I want to upgrade my PC a little. So here are the specs:

Motherboard: AsRock G31M-V2
Running Intel Celeron E34000 2.60GHz 2.60GHz
Memory(Ram): 1GB *1.8v* in slot 0/ slot 1 might not be working
Built in Memory card: 251mb
1 PCI-E Slot 16x; 1 PCI Slot
Power Supply: 550w or 220v( not sure where to look in the psu)
I dont know what is this but it has something to do with compatibility: DDR2 800 FSB 1333 REV: 1.01

So, my question is how do I know which graphic card is supported for this motherboard and powersupply? If PCI or PCI-E? I want atleast a 2gb graphic card.

Here is the website that is avaible for my purchases.

Hope You can answer me. thank you.

May I know what will be the purpose of this PC? Gaming?
If you want to play games then I think you'll better save your money and build a new whole rig. Seriously, with your current setup, it will be wasting your money to buy a new powerful PSU+Graphic card... :)

You won't benefit much from anything better than this http://www.yoytec.com/product_info.php/products_id/8743

As for your RAM get two sticks of 2GB DDR2 800Mhz or one stick of 4GB if you think one of the RAM slots is not working.

So you are saying the only graphic card that will support my motherboard and psu is Powercolor AMD Radeon HD7750, 2GB GDDR3 128bit, DVI, HDMI & VGA, DX11.1, CrossFireX, PCI-Express x16 3.0?

yes, i was thinking of getting this stick

No every card will work with that motherboard, But that is the highest card you can go to without getting a serious bottleneck.

For less than $100 there are only cards that are too old (which are not available on that website) or too weak to be worth your money.

There is the slightly inferior 1GB version of the 7750:

But it'd be stupid to not pay $1.50 more for the extra GB of VRAM...

Yes it will work. But it's significantly weaker compared to the 7750.

It runs slower, and uses GDDR3 which is slower than GDDR5. It will work. Wether or not you will get 60+ fps will depend on your monitor resolution, the game you are playing, and the level of graphic detail set in the game.
