Is it possible to split a mb 4-pin male to 2 4-pin females and connect 1 to a fan controller and another 1 to a fan?

Hi, I'm kind of new at this, and Eng is not my first language. So please excuse my English.

I would like to know if its possible to control/moniter/see ( the RPMs ) from both places such as from BIOS/Fan Controller/Thermal Radar, and/or from the Fan controller at the same time. Because if i do not get the NZXT Lxe my desktop is under the table and it is difficult for me to reach down or look at the temps, i rather have it on my monitor in the software. I want to be able to moniter the Rpm of the fan on both my pc and the fan controller display.

CPU: I7 3770k Ivy
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO 2 Fans
Case Fans: 2x 230mm 2x120mm
MB: Asus Z77 Sabertooth
PSU: ThermalTake TR2 RX 750W
VGA: Gigabyte GTX 650 Ti Boost
RAM: 2 x 8 GB DDR3
HDD: 1 HDD 1TB WD

Planning to add Fan controller NZXT Sentry LXE + 3 PCI Slot Fans (3x90mm)

Thank you very much

    Hillbillyasian,

Hi, sorry i think you might have miss understood me. I want the rpms to show on both the external fan controller and also on speedfan. and if possible can i be able to control it from both places.

for example if i turn my external fan controller to 0 and set speed in speedfan but both will be displaying the rpm and vice versa. If not can which wires do i have to cut in the 4-pin because i don't think that have 2 12v going into a fan is a good idea.... or any solutions that i will be able to see the rpms in both places and only control from the external fan controller is also fine..

    Thank you very much
