its a good build, but

1.if you are going to use a single monitor; instead of sli go for a gtx680 or hd7970 will save you some cash (~300$) and better future upgrades (later you can add another gtx680/7970)
and also you may want to look at Zotac AMP versions, they are clocked at better frequencies and people using it says they are pretty good.

2.i'd say psu is overkill but since its free lol who cares :D

3.according to my personal experience gigabyte mobo z77x-ud** versions are real nice and comes for same price, they are easily overclockable and comes with thicker copper pcb's which is more durable under heat when overclocked... you may want to check them too. asrock are also good if you like the brand.

other than that i like the setup, have fun :)

Yeah ive been unsure with the asrock bored as well ive really been bouncing between asrock asus and Gigabyte.
Ive also been bouncing between 670 sli and 7970 crossfire but i decided to go with 670s due to the lightboost hack with the asus monitors.

i guess you mean 7950, since 7970 is a gtx680 competent...

Yeah i was looking at the UDH5 series and i thought about going 680 but from the research i did its really only 5-10% better. I dont think ill go with the 7970 simply because ive had so much troubles with AMD with my recent build and i think I would like to try out NVIDIA since I have not had a card from them yet.

Yeah i love my 670's i think your making a good choice:D

From what I read the h110 is better when on max settings but Ive also read that is much much louder. Plus the software for the x60 is supposed to very very good.

As far as the 7970s I want to try steeping away from AMD and try out NVIDIA plus I do want to take use of my monitor eventually and run the light boost hack for less motion blur and possibly play in 3d in the future.

And for the motherboards i liked the extreme 6 because it played along with the color scheme i was going with. But Ill take another look at the gigabyte series.
