I built my own computer about a year ago.
Here are the specs:
[strike]ASRock P67 Pro3 SE Socket LGA1155[/strike]
Intel i7-2600k @3.40-3.90GHz
CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ CPU Cooler (Dual Fans)
Crucial M4 128GB 2.5in. SSD (Boot Drive)
Seagate 500GB 3.5in. HDD
Western Digital Black 1TB 3.5in. HDD
Seagate 2TB 3.5in. HDD
16.0GB RipJawsX RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti
2x Lite-On Blue-Ray DVD+/-R Dual Layer Burner w/ Lightscribe
[strike]600W Thermaltake PSU[/strike]
Windows 8 Pro 64-Bit OS

I replaced the two striked items above (Motherboard and PSU) to an ASUS Z77 Sabertooth and a Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W PSU.

Once I got done, it wouldn't boot into the BIOS.

I did the standard testing, (ie. Booting with one stick of RAM, Disconnecting non-essential components) and nothing worked until I decided to disconnect my GPU and then, BAM BIOS!

I plugged the GPU back in and all was well and worked except, now none of my drives will show up. My 2TB Seagate HDD and 1 of my Disk drives will show in the BIOS and the Boot menu but, none of the other 4 drives will. I don't currently have the money to buy an adapter to test the drives on my laptop so I can't do that.

When I realized that the two drives were working, I tried changing the SATA cables, ports, and controllers to no avail. So, I did the logical thing, I plugged all 3 drives, 1 at a time, into the cable that the 2TB was showing up on but, when I booted, nothing showed up!

I don't see how 4 drives could go bad over the course of an install and I hope a brand new $200 Motherboard isn't bad.

Any suggestions?

The video card is only PCIe 2.0, the first two PCIe slots are PCIe 3.0, try the video card in the third PCIe slot (next to edge of the board), it might actually work.

Crucial M4 128GB 2.5in. SSD (Boot Drive), Seagate 500GB 3.5in. HDD, Western Digital Black 1TB 3.5in. HDD, Seagate 2TB 3.5in. HDD

Try the SSD and the 1tb and the 2tb hdd's, leave off the 500gb hdd. Any luck?
Next, try both Seagate drives and SSD but leave off the Western Digital. Any Luck?

You got a mixture of manfacturer brand names for the hdd's, sometimes Western Digital gets all upset when having to co-exist with a different brand. The 50ogb is not a standard hdd for Windows 8, it could be as old as 2007.

I think it's a matter of mix'n'match the hard drives into different ports (connectors). The SSD, I'd put into Sata 0 and the 500gb into Sata 2 (leave Sata 1 spare) ,then the cd/dvd drive in Sata 3 (skip 4) then the other two WD hdd's in the last or next ports being Sata 5 & 6. leave a gap between the cd/dvd drive brands. Worth a shot (or not, up to you). You will have to re-install the OS, whatever you do.

Also, the cables for the SSD should be on a different cable line to the hdd's.

I know that the others are PCIe 3.0. I used the card in tho 2.0 slot.

As I said in the original post, there would be no reason to try multiple drives at a time yet, because only 1 is showing up and when i simply switch out the drive for another with the exact same cable and exact same SATA port nothing shows up.

Yes but, as I also said in the original post, I built the computer about a year ago and this was a new INSTALL not a BUILD. All of the components, besides the two new ones, have worked with the system for the last year.

Windows 8 will dynamically configure itself on new motherboard installs so I actually wont have to reinstall my OS.

I just need to get the drives working. At least my boot drive (SSD) so I can boot the system into the OS.

Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W PSU is heavy duty, you really don't have the hardware to require such a high powered PSU.
You might consider using the wall outlet rather than a powerboard.

Just try the SSD on SATA 0 (if you can find it, your motherboard is very difficult to navigate from this side of the screen, Asus could have, at least, removed the bullet-proof vest over the motherboard!)

It doesn't use anymore power then needed and it was on sale so I got it knowing ill upgrade other hardware later. I've tried every port and all 26 different SATA cables I have with every drive one at a time and only the 2TB and the one disk drive show up.

The PCIe 3.0 slots are backwards compatible - there is no need to plug the graphics card into a 2.0 slot. Use the primary 3.0 slot if you have a single GPU.

As for the HDDs, were the drives that are not showing up ever part of a RAID array?

Also, which SATA ports are you using (Intel, or ASMedia)?

Have you tried the 600 watt PSU you had previously?

You might have to forgo the video card and just use onboard video out, at least until you get the hdd's working.

Edit -
I think it's the 1200 watt PSU, it's too powerful for your system. It's basically for Pc's with 3 video cards.
