How good/compatible is this build?

I've just put together a list of what I want to buy for my computer and I'd like to know wheather it's good or if something is excessive or needs to be improved. I know it's enough for what I'm going to use it for; I want to know more about wheather the PSU is good enough and if the stock CPU fan will be enough (I won't overclock at the moment but later, in the future, I will but by then I'll have a watercooling system).

Specs:
PCU: Intel i5 3570K
Fans: The three included with the case and the CPU stock fan
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe
SSD Samsung 840 Pro 128GB
HDD WD Caviar Black 1TB 6Gb/s
OS: Win 7 Ultimate
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 (Gunmetal)
GPU: ASUS 670 2GB DirectCU II
RAM: Corsai Vengance 8GB 1600Mhz (CMZ8GX3M2x161600C7R)
PSU Corsair AX860W
DVD/BR ASUS BW-14D1XT
Keyboard: Logiteck Illuminated K800
Mouse: Some Microsoft one. Pretty good. Sticking with it.
Monitor: MX279H 27" (No advice needed here, I want this one^^)
I'll be watching movies and editing pictures and I want the IPS.
It doesn't have dual link DVI. What is that and what is it used
for? Is it a dealbreaker?

Tools: What do I need? Do I only need to buy thermal compound?
Btw, can you recommend any anti-virus? Want the very best.
I think I've done my research but you're the experts :)

The software has been recently updated for Windows 8 and works perfect. I have it and no issues.

Start8 will hide metro and give you back the original Windows 7 layout(other options to remove charms and stuff too.) There is classic shell which is free, but 5$ for start8 was a good deal to me.

Not the all in ones like the Corsair H100i, but custom water cooling is a waste of time and money unless you like to tinker, and only useful over 4.5ghz or cooling GPU.

The hyper evo 212 will be a good air heatsink for up to 4.2-4.3ghz on an ivy bridge and include everything you need.

Everything looks good, but I would suggest you go with Windows 8 Pro(with Start 8) over Ultimate 7.

The Corsair AX860i is a really good power supply, go with it over normal 860, I think it was about same price.

If it's a normal 1080p monitor your fine with no Dual Link DVI. Higher resolutions require Dual Link.

Get a Hyper Evo 212, it's good for mild overclocks.

Everything lookss good.

I'm really sceptical towards the Win 8 Metro/tablet-ish layout.
Everyone says it's great for tablet but crap for desktop.
I wouldn't really mind learning something new but 99% of what I've read is bad critisism towards win 8.
How will Start8 affect this? only the start button or more?

Also, I've read that the "i" version of AX 860W has had issues with the CorsairLink thing. People have gone from the i to the regular one for this reason. What do you think about that?

That Hyper Evo 212, does it include all I need for cooling or do I need to buy seperate parts? Watercooling is completely new to me.

Okay I'll give the "i" version a chance. What real benefits does the software give you? If I overclock it will only be, as you said, a mild OC.

I guess it's easier/ and more comfortable installing a watercooler right away rather than removing the stock fan at a later point, or is it no particular hassle?
Is Start 8 ompletely free and safe?
Will I be able to have the regular windows/tab-ing between windows with Win 8 and Start 8? I'm ALWAYS tabing very quickly between programs. I don't want to lose that. If I won't lose that, I'll go with this

Start8 is 5 dollars and very safe. Classic Shell does something similar too, also free and safe. You can alt-tab between programs.

To be honest too, you may want to consider a 620 watt Seasonic or one from them that is a bit higher in wattage/amps if you plan to SLI.

Seasonic are one of the best power supply makers out there. Corsair AX860i has a lot of nice digital features and improvements, but if you don't care for the bells and whistles the normal AX860 or the Seasonic 620 is fine. 620 watts is more than enough for your system anyway, and 860 is overkill.

Heat-sinks are not hard to remove or install, well cleaning paste is annoying, but other than that not difficult.

I'll go with the AX 860i because it's a little bit "showoff" but mainly for the fact that it's more future-proof...I think.

I can pay that for Start8. Well worth it :)
I'll look up the Hyper evo 212 and if it's not too expensive I'll buy it.
