you can always find similar spec ram at that price range :)
dvd drive is only 18-20 usd. Lite on is a trusted brand

You can use your current DVD drive and hard drive and ram in a new build.
If on a tight budget buying slowly buy parts that will help the current system now while making sure they can be re used if your new final build.

^ the problem is, psu that comes with case is considered a junk. it might bring damage to anything inside the pc.
the case is just a case. as long as it is cheap and fine with u. but not the psu. especially coolermaster psu, i have seen enough sad thread about it

to be honest its not. ive been using cooler master series case/psu combo for years in all my 4 systems in the household... its cheap and effective. whoever says its junk i totally disagree!
coolermaster is a reliable brand. this is a budget system if you are not going to push the system with overclock and stuff so it will work totally fine. i am even running my current rig for 3 years also overclocked.

okay, it is valid, you have cm psu and experience it yourself :)
i just feel bad to ppl having problem with their rig in this forum, and often it is caused by cm psu they have. no joke. it is up to the OP to decide.
personally, i trust cm for its case and cpu cooler. not the PSu, except the silent pro series that is truly high quality psu
