This problem isn't a huge deal but it's a new computer and I'd like for it to work properly.
Whenever I restart, it shuts down normally but then doesn't start back up. The fans and lights are on but there's no signal to the monitor. It only starts up again when I hold the power button to turn it off, wait about a minute, then turn it on again. It does this no matter how long the PC has been running.
