So I had my heart set on purchasing the Sapphire 7970 OC Dual-X http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202008, but now MSI has released this new "7970 TF OC Boost Edition" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127732 card for a very similar price. Is there any performance difference, and what is the better buy? I have heard that both MSI and Sapphire cards are not voltage locked and are great OCers.

Most importantly get the card that gives you the output ports you require.

Sapphire option has a full size DisplayPort and Single link DVI
MSI option has 2x Mini DisplayPort
Both have a Dual link DVI and HDMI

Apart from that, the MSI card is 50Mhz faster in factory and boost clock speeds.
