Hi, just about yesterday I turned on my computer and saw that in the lower right the speaker icon has a red x on it and it says that no audio devices installed. I followed multiple tips from many other people saying that I should disable and re enable my audio devices, restart windows audio manager, update the drivers and stuff like that. All drivers are updated and it still wont work, any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Just a thought: any chance you inadvertently plugged you speaker jack into the blue or pink jack, it should be the green one. I have made that mistake, just because I can't see the colors very well. Sometimes it's the simple things! Do your speakers have a power supply in a subwoofer that powers the main speakers and maybe that power brick is unplugged at the sub or wall? Sounds like you already covered the software end of things, maybe its the hardware!
