Hello guys i have amd fx 8120 proccessor with stock cooler.
The last month the cpu fan goes up all the time 3800-4200 rpm and i got only 34 degrees full load!!!
It's getting on my nervous that noise is annoying can u think of something it might help?

Your temps are pretty low!

On some motherboards, in the BIOS, under the monitoring section or CPU settings section, you can set a CPU fan profile (eg quiet, normal, turbo). You might be running on Turbo or some such setting. Since your load temps are exceptional, you may be able to change the fan mode to 'quiet' or some equivalent setting. This may be all you need to do. What make and model is your motherboard?

Does the fan use a 3-pin or 4-pin connection to the motherboard's CPU fan connector?

Is CPU Smart Fan control enabled under PC Health Status in the BIOS?

3 pin connection and yes it is enabled!!!

If you're connected with the 3-pin, try setting your CPU Smart Fan Mode setting to 'Voltage' mode rather than 'Auto' and see if that does the trick.

It's strange that when you close up the case the speed goes up. Check your airflow.

Are the front fans blowing in and the back fans blowing out? The cupped side of the fan blade indicates the direction of the airflow. Cup side should be facing in in front and out for top and back fans. You might even lower your temps further if any adjustments need to be made.

Also, since you know you're using a 4-pin power connector to the motherboard, set your 'CPU Smart FAN Mode' to 'PWM' under PC Health Status in your BIOS.

isn't it strange that the computer was working perfect without this fan high speeds and suddenly does this now?
