Hi guys, so I bought an Asus P8H77-M LE motherboard but I want to update the bios, my system keeps crashes on install. Is this a motherboard problem? I successfully installed windows 8 before. So i don't know if can flash the .cap file just straight up or do I have to change to .ROM file. Thanks.
