Hello,

Nice to meet all of you!

I bought some chinese laptop to see how it would work (it's pretty cheap and works not bad at all)
I'm not able to figure where i can get a new version of my bios to (hopefuly) enable 64bit support which is now greyed out in the bios.

I do have some information, BiosAgentPlus claims there is a new version but i contacted them before i even considered buying there software and they told me that they do not have a never version.

http://biosagentplus.com/result/a11767acb60276e175acba23f32594ed?PHPSESSID=gjutvhgq9rfp7ehmnkfp3hhhd7&PHPSESSID=gjutvhgq9rfp7ehmnkfp3hhhd7

Mainboard seems to be called Intel Tiger Hill, but no such thing exists :)
I did find out it's some kind of UEFI bios, but no clue what that is.

Thanks for your time.

It is better you not update the bios if you are not facing any problems. And I'm pretty sure that a bios update cannot get you access to 64bit. On the other hand there is 64 bit support for that CPU.
Doesn't the manufacturer has a product page or something similar?
