I have seen this problem around but all thing I have tried have done nothing.
-Flashing the bios does not work as it automatically resets (no dual BIOS).
-Resetting clock values in Catalyst and uninstalling all overclocking software/GPU sensor software does not change anything.
-Used RBE and WinFlash to change the UVD clock but still no change, resets its self.
Measured using MSI Afterburner and GPU-Z when games have been running, also with Kombustor.
Anyone experienced this and found a way round?
