Does this look good? Should I wait for 700 Series?

well you can try and wait for 700 series, as haswell is coming out in june and its pricing is almost as same as current processor price. like core i5 3570K's price is about 220$ and haswell i5-4570k's price is gonna be about 230$.but if the 700 series isn't till next year then try to go with radeon 7970 GHZ edition cause its better than GTX 680, lower that ram to 8 GB cause 16gb is overkill. also you can go with Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H mobo. but yours is good too i think.
