Is 250W Power Supply enough??

I have 2 sticks of RAM ,so in all 4GB Ram.

I have no external cooler,no graphic card.
I will NOT overclock at all and will use PC for just 1-2 hrs. daily.

I am a little tight on budget
So can i get a 250 W power supply?
Will it be enough??
I am on a VERYYYY tight budget

I am not gonna buy any PC components in at least 10 yrs. after this.

I would get a 350 to 400 watt psu..

I would also get a 300W 80+ Brinze if you can afford it, but a basic A10 system will get by fine on 250W. just be sure its a quality psu

I live in India too and AFAIK there is no 250w psu except the el-ceapo ones (which should be avoided at all costs)
Anyways I would consider a little higher. What's your budget ?

300 watts would probably be enough if you don't do any upgrades. 350 watts would give you some breathing room, and PSUs do degrade over time. Anything over 400 watts will be overkill. I used a few PSU calculators and with your specs you're looking at around 270 watts needed.
