Cant boot Windows 7 from USB

I have a newly built PC and everything seems to placed properly but every time i try to boot windows from my USB it will not let me.The USB is being recognized but when i choose boot from USB i keep getting this:

-I have properly formatted the USB
-I have tried all available slot (2.0/3.0)
Any ideas or advise would be greatly appreciated thank you

I have done this process before, i have the ISO file and i used a program to insert it into a USB and it is possible it is an option for Windows
