Which graphics card is better from price/performance point of view? Please help me!?

Hi, i want to buy a high end gaming graphics card, please guide me that which graphics card is better? my budget range is up to $200.
1. EVGA GTX 650 Ti Boost 2GB
2. HIS HD 7850 2GB
According to my knowledge, EVGA card has 768 cores, base clock is 1072MHz, memory clock is 6008MHz, memory bit is 192bit, memory bandwidth is 144GB/s, Texture fill rate is 68.6GT/s, Pixel rate is 25.7 pixel/sec, while HIS HD 7850 has 1024 cores, core clock is 860MHz, memory clock is 4800MHz, memory bit is 256bit, memory bandwidth is 153GB/s, Texture fill rate is 55GT/s, Pixel rate is 27.2 pixel/sec. Please guide me that which one is better for my PC??????? I want to play Battlefield 3, COD:Black Ops 2 etc. high end graphical games with Ultra Settings. Which GPU will give more realism graphics in games???

My gaming PC specs is:
Intel i5 3570 3.4 GHz
GIGABYTE GA-H77-DS3H
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1600 BUS DDR 3 8GBx1
Cooler Master Extreme II 525 WATT POWER SUPPLY
Standard ATX Casing
Viewsonic VX2460H LED monitor

U can get a 660 for around 200, if that's ur absolute Max get the 7850 if u can

The GTX650Ti Boost has a slight edge over the HD7850 in most titles, and costs less, so it definitely offers higher bang/buck.

dear, please, can you show me real Benchmarks result of GTX 650 Ti Boost & Radeon HD 7850??????????
I m very very confuse that which one card is better??? :(

Sites such as this one, Anandtech, HardOCP, TechPowerUp, and others have lots of graphics card reviews. Read some of those. I'm about to leave for work, so I don't have time to look for links, but they shouldn't be too hard to find.

dear Onus, please also guide me that my current View Sonic VX2460H LED monitor is better or Asus VE247H monitor is better from gaming perspective????

Well, both have three-year warranties. The ViewSonic claims a higher contrast ratio. Perhaps someone who owns one or both of them can answer, but it looks like the ViewSonic might be slightly better. I doubt the differences are huge.
