My PC every time get pass the starting windows screen and nothing happens the monitor shuts off although monitor is still powered on . Mine is Windows 7 Profession 64bit(SP1).
my system configuration is:

i tried to install the driver that came with the mainboard but no results. i tried installing 9.17.10.3062 Graphics driver for Intel HD 2000 also but same result. If i roll back the display driver to standard VGA adapter the computer starts fine. but when i install the graphics driver and restart the PC passes the starting windows screen and nothing happens. i am so worried. Sorry my English is not that good. Help me Please. please please any help will be much appreciated.thanks

Make sure you using the intel ivy bridge video drivers if it an ib CPU. Also make sure the intel chipset drivers are up to date and the my bios. Some intel mb shipped with MVP software that buggy.the software was to bond the ipgpu with a gpu. Make sure you did not install it.

Sir how to understand that i am using correct Intel ivy video drivers? my Chipset drivers version is 9.3.0.1026. I do not know how to update the Bios and which version to download sir? what is MVP software and How to be sure that i have not installed it? Please help me sir.

Go to intel web page. Under video chipset drivers download ipgpu for ser three intel CPU. Say for the 4000 CPU. Also run intel driver update program.
For the bios go to intel mb support page. For you mb and download a small rom file. In the bios is bios update screen. Just point the mb to the newest rom file and let it run.

i have already updated Bios to the latest version and installed the latest drivers. the problem is still there.

How new is your monitor??? The mb may be working fine but the video chipset may be outputting a video signal that out of range if you have old LCD or analog monitor. Have you tried another monitor to see if it was the video output. Also if there a video card in the pc when windows starts it may switch over to it.
