This is my first time build. I'm basically just trying to make sure I haven't made any obvious mistakes in the eyes of some vets. I'd love some recommendations on how I could get more value but saving 20 dollars by ordering from another site and sending in a coupon isn't worth it for me.

Here it is:

Please note that the prices are listed as follows (Amount, Shipping, Total)

Well, it's a good build, so if this seems like niggling, just ignore it.
I'd probably get the Define R4 instead of a huge full tower.
You've chosen a very high-end mobo; is it more than you need? You can find a good Asus Z77 for under $150.
I'd take the money those two changes save and bump the SSD up to 256GB (still a Samsung 840 Pro).
If only because it's quieter than the stock, and easier to add to your build all at once, I'd get the $20 Xigmatek Gaia to cool your CPU. It cools within 1C of the Coolermaster Hyper212 EVO, but is quieter and a lot cheaper. That's what I use on both of my systems, and I'm happy with it.
The RE4 drive is good, but you can get the WD 1TB Black for the same price. It too has a five year warranty. I have WD Blacks of various sizes, including a pair of the 1TB models in RAID1 in Phoenix.
The PSU is good, but unless you plan to add a second graphics card for SLI, you could use a 550W-600W model; a Seasonic 550W "G" series 80+ Gold is $90.

Hey thanks for the replies. The reason I got the bigger power supply was to get the second GPU and SLI. Other than that I got the ram just based on people telling me it was a good brand to go with. I'll consider cheaper alternatives as posted though.
