This keeps crashing my computer off and on when using Internet Explorer. I cannot find it to uninstall it. One time 'Vista" showed up which could mean that somehow this got downloaded with another programme as my computer uses Window 7.

Not sure what you are really needing here. Do you use the integrated GPU? If you are using the GPU off of your intel CPU then you need the intel graphics drivers installed. If it is a matter of getting the latest drivers you can do that from intel's website. Do not understand what you mean by Vista showed up please explain.
