So I have a Auria LED 1920x1080 (EQ246L) monitor, and it comes with VGA cable, but my video card only support DVI-I (Dual Link), so I bought a VGA to DVI-I converter, so does it effects anything of my performance of that GPU?

Solution
just make sure you calibrate your monitor properly when using an analog connection, there are couple of settings you'd need to set manually on an analog that would be automatic on a digital connection, clock/phase and also the size of the image needs to be pixel perfect otherwise you'll get blurry sections somewhere on the monitor.
usefull test images and stuff: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/

DVI-I has both analog and digital signals on it, the simple adapter you are using just routes the analog signal to a d-sub 15 plug that connects to a vga input on the monitor, so basically nothing is lost in the 'conversion' as such (well not because of the adapter..)
