I have a desktop with an add on USB bluetooth (AZiO BTD-V201), and a netbook with built in blue tooth (ASUS Eee PC 1215T-MU10-BK). They can see each other, and connect. But they both say they don't have drivers for each other. What I want to do is share files with each other. Like movies for instance. But when I right click on a file and select to send to with bluetooth, to that device, it says it is unable to send it. I can share to my phone from both my desktop, and netbook. But desktop and netbook won't share with each other. What drivers would I need to install?

IIRC, not all bluetooth receivers support OBEX FTP (some are made for mouse/keyboard only). Both computers must be in the same homegroup and workgroup (or domain), on the same IP subnet, in the same IP range and you may need to disable UAC, your anti virus software, and your firewall to get this to function properly.

While pairing pc's can be done, it makes much more sense to just create a bluetooth PAN connection.
